Welcome to Relaxation

On this page, I will talk about my strategies. I schedule myself to relax after I do all my works. I decide if I want to do my short term or long term strategies. My top three long term strategies are music, movie, and exercises. So, far they are top choices since school and works. But I will have more long term strategies in the future. I have another video at the bottom that can give you eight relaxation tips for your mental health.

I will share some of the short term goals that I do in a short amount of time. My first short term is cuddling with a furry friend for 10 minutes because cuddling with my pet help reduce my blood pressure, make me happy, and keep me calm. Plus keep me, and my pets' health in good shape. There's nothing that can get you out of a bad mood quite like laughter, and that why it is my second choice. Laughter is the best medicine to keep you happy. My three option is stress ball because It makes me feel less anxious, but also helped reduce their pain. Drawing is my final one because I can keep my mind off from what's I'm stressing out. I hope that these short term strategies will become long term.
