Hello, my name is LaDonna Duncan, and I am going to provide you information about how I relax in daily life. Recently I have been feeling stress about school, jobs, and coronavirus situations. Stress can help me keep on top during school and works. But pressure can stop being helpful when my health, mood, and productivity go bad. I frequently find myself feeling worn out and overwhelmed. It's time to take action to bring myself back into balance. I look for ways that will help me, which those ways are starting to what helps me to relax. I want to talk about how I benefit from relaxing. I feel the reduction of pressure as well as restore energy and encourage a more positive sense. I can feel the boost in energy and better sleep patterns. When I relax, I can sense the calmness and confidence in myself. It is improved my coping abilities and reduced pain.
